Let me preface this by saying I never knew that homemade potato chips were so easy to make and that they would taste so good.
4 potatoes
Seasoned salt
3-4 TBSP olive oil
Cut or slice the potatoes as small as you can get them. About 1/8 of an inch-mine were probably slightly thicker because I didnt' have a slicer I had to cut them by hand and you can only get them so small! Next place all the potato slices in a bowl with the olive oil. Gently toss them around so they are coated with a small amount of oil. Place on a baking sheet-make sure they make a thin layer, try not to overlap them too much or they will come out a bit mushy. Sprinkle with seasoned salt or the seasoning or your choice. Bake at 400 for 10-15 min. Until they look a bit crispy- just don't get them too done. I found they will still cook some after they come out of the oven and you don't want burnt potato chips those do not taste good.
